Order Desk Xpert is an order entry, order
tracking, sales performance analysis and customer contact and database management tool specifically
designed for companies that receive orders via direct mail, telephone, and the internet. Order
Desk Xpert is designed to handle all phases of tracking orders and inquiries, and
simplifies the entire order entry and sales tracking process.
Designed with the small to mid-sized operation in mind, Order Desk Xpert

Order Desk Xpert is written for the Lotus Approach database
engine. If you already have Lotus Approach 97 or ME (or Lotus Smart Suite 97 or later),

Why Lotus Approach?
When we began developing Order Desk Xpert, we wanted to build it around an existing
database product so we could take advantage of all the features of that program, and avoid
the problems associated with developing a new database engine.
We tested several of the top Windows database products including MS Access and Corel's
Paradox. Our
testing led us to conclude that Lotus Approach was clearly the easiest to use, the fastest on the least
powerful machine, and the easiest for non computer experts to master.
